1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
“Refund or return requests shall be considered valid only if submitted within 10 minutes of the delivery time.”
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The food was spoiled or contaminated at the time of delivery.
- The order was incomplete or had missing items.
- The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
- If the customer simply does not like the taste or changes their mind.
- If the order was placed by mistake but has already been prepared or dispatched.
- If the customer provides incorrect delivery information leading to non-delivery.
- If the food was not consumed immediately and was stored improperly by the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return

- Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible
4. Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
- If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), we will offer a store credit or bank transfer refund (bank details will be required).
5. Additional Costs and Fees
- We do not charge any return processing fees.
- If a refund is approved but the issue was not caused by us (e.g., incorrect delivery address provided by the customer), any additional delivery charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them, provided they have not been prepared.
- If the order is already being prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
